Quality Program
Producing quality milk is not only important to the dairy industry and consumers, it is important to our members. Each year, Dairylea recognized nine members for achievements in milk quailty management. For nearly 20 years, Dairylea has been recognizing members whose herds produce outstanding raw milk. We are proud of our quality milk producing members.

Gold Standard Dairy Program
The Gold Standard Dairy quality assurance program was introduced in 2007 to proactively address the concerns of consumers, retailers and processors who are interested in how food is produced. The on-farm review includes animal well-being, environmental stewardship, employee training, and milk safety and quality.
This June, we began the second round of the Gold Standard Dairy. For this round, the program will incorporate measurement criteria from the National Dairy Farmers Assuring Responsible Management (FARM) program, a nationwide, verifiable animal well-being program that demonstrates U.S. milk producers are committed to producing high-quality milk in a high-quality environment.
